Edit: responding to the owner Payments were often delayed, especially deposit which you incrementally charged the tenant. Unless we reminded you, you never paid us that proactively. Even settlement deposit was paid after multiple follow-ups yesterday, due to which deposit transfer from tenant to us is delayed. It shows your pettiness and lack of business ethics. Hope to never cross paths with you again. Don't go by their high ratings, it's definitely rigged. On one unfortunate day, we handed them over our property to manage. The contract was for 3 years and time & again, getting anything done was a major hassle. The entire team from top to bottom is rude and mannerless, bad behaviour starts with owner and is propagated to the employees below. They believe in earning free money, sending last minute notices for increase in service fee and don't respond till you get into a fight with them. We had to get into each and every issue, they didn't manage the property at all, rather just acted as a messenger. My advice 1. Don't HIRE THEM 2. if you must hire them, get a lawyer to review the contract as they have multiple hidden clauses, all meant for them to somehow extract money. 3. Always question them and keep receipts of their lapses. It helped us exit this toxic relationship, as the arrogant owner was not willing to accept shortcomings and was repeatedly rude and classless. We were so traumatized by their reckless behaviour, that we lost any trust we had with them and chose to pay 1 month rent plus GST as breakage fee (yes, owner and tenants are equals in their eyes) rather than engage with them for even 1 more day. Owner of this glorified brokerage company is always on his high horse and thinks he is the CEO of Reliance or Google. 😂 Stay away, stay sane and save yourselves unnecessary stress.
